I had several very happy years in Aberaeron Comprehensive School until I left in 1997, and so I thought I’d put up this page in case any fellow ex-pupils happen across the website and would like to say hello. I lost touch with so many people when I moved away, something that only ten years later I think happens much less often since all the schoolkids have mobile phones now as well as pages in facebook and myspace where it’s easier to keep in touch.

Most of my happiest school memories seem to involve either the annual Eisteddfod where my house, Portland, reigned supreme throughout my entire school career, or the many school productions which took up most of the Christmas term each year. The brass choir holds a few memories as well, although these are chiefly of freezing fingers when we played at Christmas time to brighten the wintry days with our carols! Mrs Knowles’ drama club was another part of school life that I enjoyed taking part in; anything to get on the stage, basically!

Anyway, if anyone happens across the website who shares any of these memories, or who could refresh my mind about other school happenings, I’d love to hear from you.
