Well, it’s true that if you keep your eyes open you really can learn something new every day! For instance, I had never heard of mysophobia until I saw it today on the BBC news website in a review of stories from the past year. Apparently it is a fear of dirt, and an unfortunate sufferer of the condition is a piglet called Cinders! Go and have a look at the story here – they’ve helped the piglet to overcome her fear by giving her wellies to wear!
It made me think of Jo’s pig, Harold, who always seemed very miserable when his pen was muddy. Maybe we should have tried wellies with him!
