My mother has today written a very good post about the credit crunch. She (no offence, Mum!) has years more experience and memories to draw on than me, and can give a much more rational perspective than the media at present seems to be offering.
I always enjoy hearing her view on things like this, where she can compare attitudes now to attitudes at different times through her lifetime. She always makes me pause for thought, and brings a little sanity to my mind when I start to believe what I read in the papers!
